Our Community

Augusta School District, USD 402, is located in Butler County, Kansas, less than 15 minutes straight east of Wichita, with a 2010 census count of 9,274 (a 10% increase from 2000 census). We boast many advantages of suburban living, but Augusta maintains the safe, small-town amenities that parents desire. Augusta’s central location, lake living, and many recreational activities make it an ideal location to live, shop, work, and receive a high-quality education.
