  • CONSTRUCTION STATUS
    1. Footings for the band addition are being poured .
    2. Under slab plumbing and electrical is being installed.
    3. The concrete slab will be poured following the completion of footings.
    4. Structural steel is on schedule to be delivered this month and will be erected following the concrete slab cure.
    5. The light fixtures for replacing all existing fixtures have been ordered and we have received the first delivery of fixtures. We plan to begin swapping out fixtures next week.

    ESTIMATED % COMPLETE: 15%

  • CONSTRUCTION STATUS
    1. Site demolition and the building pad are complete.
    2. As new light fixtures are procured the electrician will begin replacing existing light fixtures throughout the existing building.
    3. Footings and underslab plumbing and electrical will be starting this month.
    4. Structural steel and steel joists and deck have been released for production.

    ESTIMATED % COMPLETE: 9%

  • CONSTRUCTION STATUS
    1. Sub contracts and purchase orders have been sent.
    2. Product submittals and shop drawings from sub contractors are being received for review.
    3. Construction fencing and the jobsite office are in place.
    4. The middle school site hosted the groundbreaking ceremony.
    5. Emergency egress is being established out of the cafeteria which will allow for egress throughout construction that will be completely out of the construction area.
    6. Site demolition and dirt work will be starting later this month.

  • CONSTRUCTION STATUS
    1. Footings for the band addition are being poured.
    2. Under slab plumbing and electrical has been installed.
    3. We anticipate the band addition slab pour middle of this month and moving to gym storage footings after.
    4. Masons will be mobilizing this month to begin building exterior walls.
    5. Structural steel is on schedule to be delivered at the end of the month.
    6. The lighting package for replacing all existing lights has been approved through the design team and has been ordered.

  • CONSTRUCTION STATUS
    1. Selective and site demolition for the band room addition is complete.
    2. The building pad is complete.
    3. Footings have been staked.
    4. Rebar for footings is being prepped.
    5. Footings will be dug and poured in the coming weeks.
    6. Underslab plumbing and electrical will be installed during and after footings have been poured.


    ESTIMATED % COMPLETE: 14%

    5. Site demolition and dirt work will be starting in the next couple of weeks.

  • CONSTRUCTION STATUS
    1. The masons plan to top out all CMU walls around the middle of the month.
    2. Structural steel is on schedule to be delivered before the end of the month.
    3. Columns, joist and deck will be erected following steel delivery which will allow M/E/P installation and framing to begin in March.
    4. The lighting package for replacing all existing lights has been approved through the design team and has been ordered.

     

    ESTIMATED % COMPLETE: 30%

  • CONSTRUCTION STATUS
    1. Site demolition and the building pad are complete.
    2. Existing water service to the FEMA shelter has been relocated outside of the building footprint and is active.
    3. Footings for the addition have been poured.
    4. Underslab electrical and plumbing have been installed.
    5. The building slab prep is complete and concrete slab is ready to be poured.
    6. Exterior block walls will be installed following the slab cure.

    ESTIMATED % COMPLETE: 15%
