Enrollment Information
New Students:
If you have recently moved into Augusta USD 402, welcome! To begin the enrollment process, please complete the New Student Form available at the enrollment website. Once submitted, you will begin receiving emails in late July with details about Online Enrollment, which is the second part of the registration process.
Returning Students:
Online Enrollment for returning students will begin on July 29th. You will receive an email when your student's school opens its enrollment. Since this process is handled by each school, the timing of emails may vary depending on the building. If you have students at multiple schools, we recommend waiting until you’ve received all applicable emails before beginning the enrollment process to ensure a smoother experience.
We look forward to welcoming all our students back for the new school year starting August 12, 2026!
ParentSqaure Communications
Augusta Public Schools is excited to introduce ParentSquare as our new district communication platform beginning with the 2026-2027 school year. ParentSquare will serve as the primary communication tool for district, school, classroom, and activities/athletics updates.
ParentSquare is designed to improve communication and engagement between schools and families by providing one centralized location for messages, announcements, calendars, sign ups, and more. Families can access ParentSquare through a mobile app or web browser and can customize how and when they receive notifications.
Features of ParentSquare include:
- District, school, classroom, and activity communication in one place
- Email, text, and app notifications
- Two way messaging with teachers and staff
- Calendar events and sign ups
- Communication in your preferred language
- Mobile apps available for iOS and Android devices
Students in grades 6 through 12 will also have access to StudentSquare for activities and athletics communication.
Families may download the free ParentSquare app or access their account online through ParentSquare. Additional information and setup instructions will be shared prior to the start of the school year.
Free/Reduced Meal Application
Free & Reduced Meal Application Now Available
The online application for Free and Reduced Meals is now open. Families do not need to wait for enrollment to complete this form. Submitting your application early helps ensure there is no delay in benefits when school begins.

Medical Update
This year we are using SchoolCare for medical care. Once you complete enrollment, you will also need to complete SchoolCare medical forms. It is important that every family fills out the medical part of enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year.
School Supply Lists
Augusta Public Schools has partnered with TeacherLists again this year for school supply lists and made it so that you can shop online, at four different retailers, and have school supplies shipped right to your door. You are also able to use TeacherLists if you prefer to go in store and make your purchases. You can find school supply lists below. Below the TeacherLists ones are PDFs if you would prefer those still.
