Facilities Director

The employees of the Facilities Department are proud of the fine buildings and grounds that the Augusta community provides for our students. Our staff includes a secretary, two men in maintenance, three men on the grounds crew, and 26 building custodians, all of whom take pride in maintaining safe, attractive learning environments for our students. In addition to caring for our buildings, grounds, furniture, and equipment, our department also provides photocopying and courier services within the district.

As Director of Operations, I work closely with district and building administrators to ensure that student and staff needs are met on a timely basis. In addition to supervising the day-to-day work of the Facilities employees, I participate on the following committees: long-term facilities planning, construction planning and oversight, crisis planning, and safety.
