A Note from the Principal

karsdale.jpgWelcome to Lincoln Elementary! Our school is composed of students in early childhood (3 & 4 year olds) through 5th grade. We have a very experienced and caring staff. Our primary goal is to prepare students for the next grade level.

Aside from academic goals, we also strive to help students interact with others in a positive way. It is important that students learn a variety of good character traits and have the coping skills to be successful in life.

We now have a variety of ways to keep the lines of communication open between home and school. These include:

  • School Newsletters (twice each month)
  • District Newsletters (once a month)
  • Weekly Packets (Thursdays)
  • PowerSchool online
  • Conferences (October and February)

It is important that parents take advantage of these communication tools, and also obtain their children(s) PowerSchool login passwords. Parents can keep track of grades, attendance, and fees.

Volunteering at school is very important. We have ways our parents and patrons can do this through PTO, Site Council, field trips, tutoring, and helping with class parties/projects. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
