Thanks for taking the time to visit the Augusta Public Schools' web site.

We at The Augusta Learning Center strongly believe that our facility provides a vital service to the community. It is our belief that everyone can make a positive contribution to the world around them when given the opportunities and resources to do so.

We are proud to be part of a school district that provides educational opportunites for those who have not been successful in the traditional school setting for one reason or another. Our computer driven curriculum is closely aligned to the state standards and allows students to learn at a rate which reflects their individual needs and desires.

In conjuction with the electronic learning, the high school engages students with classrooom instruction and other teacher directed activities.
